PARKING

General Parking is available in the parking garage located on the corner of Grand Loop and Main Street. There are also parking spots along the streets and in front of retailers. Look for signage with instructions and details on how to pay. You should see a zone number and a QR Code that you’ll scan with your phone, like in the example displayed here.

Validation: Parking Validation is available at most Point Ruston retailers and restaurants. Please register upon arrival.

Directions

From 1-5 – Take exit for I-705.Continue to Schuster Parkway Exit. Follow Schuster Parkway to Ruston Way. Take Ruston Way to Main Street.   

From Hwy 16 - Take Pearl St (WA-163) Exit. Continue on Pearl Street. Take a Right onto 51st Street. Follow Round about onto Main Street.

PUBLIC AMENITIES

Ruston Way Waterwalk
The Waterwalk welcomes a variety of recreational users, including walkers, runners, and cyclists. On its east end, it connects seamlessly to the Ruston Way sidewalk and several other waterfront parks maintained by Metro Parks Tacoma. To the west, it links to Dune Peninsula, Wilson Way, and extends into the scenic trails of Point Defiance Park.

Restrooms
Public Restrooms are located on the waterfront promenade next to Wheel Fun Rentals and on Main Street between Twisted Fork and Grit City Wellness.
